Guelph Transit U-Pass Opt-Out
The Guelph Transit Pass is a mandatory Fee. There are very limited circumstances for an eligible opt-out. These include:
(a) Students who retain a valid Canadian National Institute for the Blind registration during a given Academic Term;
(b) Students who pay their fees to the College, but are taking all of their academic courses at an out-of-region (outside the City of Guelph) post-secondary institution in?the same Academic Term that they are charged for the U-Pass;
(c) Students who hold a valid Accessible Parking Permit issued by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario;
(d) Students who pay their fees to the College, but are considered on professional or academic placement outside the City of Guelph as part of their studies, which is not considered part of co-operative education
