Welcome to Conestoga. Your first bit of Condor life starts here.

The CSI Welcome Kit is created especially for first-year students beginning their Conestoga experience. Each Welcome Kit includes a curated mix of CSI and Condor-branded items, useful student essentials, fun extras and exclusive offers — all designed to help you kick off your Conestoga experience and feel part of the Condor community.

The CSI Welcome Kit Fee is an optional fee offered to first-year students during their first semester and can be selected when paying your College fees. If you selected and paid the Welcome Kit Fee, your kit is already yours — all you need to do is pick it up.

Pick Up Your Kit

Welcome Kits can be picked up any time during your first semester at a CSI Hub at one of our major campuses: Doon · Cambridge · Reuter · Waterloo

Just bring your OneCard so we can confirm your Welcome Kit purchase.

We also bring Welcome Kit pickup to you! Watch for pop-up pickup locations during Welcome Weeks and throughout the semester, including at select learning locations.

If you attend a learning location, you can pick up your kit anytime at any CSI Hub or wait for a scheduled pop-up at your campus

Didn't Select the Welcome Kit Fee?

No problem! If you didn't select the optional fee when paying your College fees but still want a kit, Welcome Kits can also be purchased through the CSI Online Store, while quantities are available.

Please note: The optional Welcome Kit Fee is only offered to first-year students during their first semester. Welcome Kits must be claimed during that semester and are non-refundable.
