Conestoga Students Inc. is led by a group of motivated and passionate students – the CSI Board of Directors. The students who make up the Board of Directors are elected during the CSI's annual election campaign!

Voting will take place from Monday, March 23 - Friday, March 27 through an email you will receive in your college inbox on March 23.
Students interested in running in the election can request a nomination package on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 8:30 AM. The completed package must be submitted to the Primary Electoral Officer (PEO) by Monday, March 2, 2026 at 12 PM.
CSI will share information online about the candidates during the election period in Winter 2026. Candidate posters will also be posted at all Conestoga campuses during this time, and you can get to know candidates at on-campus booths and on CSI’s Instagram.
Students will cast their votes digitally through an email received to their student email inbox on Monday, March 23, 2026.
