Finding Your Way Around Campus

Whether this is your first term at Conestoga or you’re a returning student, you’ll need to get familiar with your campus and new schedule.

Here are some tips to get ready for the term ahead!

Find your classes

You may have already gotten your class schedule, but do you know where you’re headed? Take a few minutes to find your classes before things get busy!

Your schedule includes the campus and classroom code with the building and room number for each class. You can access your schedule through your student portal if you haven't already found it.

Not sure where the building is, or looking to find your classroom on the map? Check out the College’s Campus and Locations webpage for campus maps.

Pro tip: If you’re already on campus, use some extra time to find the rooms you’ll need later in the week. It’s much easier to look around when you’re not rushing to your next class, and you’ll know where to go when the time comes.

Get a locker

With your schedule sorted, there’s one more thing to think about… where are you going to put all your stuff?

A locker is a great way to keep your things organized and have everything you need close by throughout the day. They can be especially helpful if you’re getting dropped off at school or taking transit.

If you already know where your classrooms are, consider choosing a locker in a convenient location. That way, you can easily stop by between classes when you need something.

Fall 2026 Locker registration opens September 8th, and lockers are complimentary for registered students! Find out more information and log in to register on the College’s Locker webpage.

Explore Campus

Now that you’ve got your schedule and locker sorted, it’s time to explore! Take a look around and see what else your campus has to offer. There’s so much more to your student experience than just your classes and getting to know what’s around you can make your day a little easier.

Here are a few places and resources worth checking out:

CSI Service Desk

  • Have any questions about healthcare, events, or Welcome Kits? Find your closest Service Desk location so you know where to go when you need a hand!

Campus Store

  • Need textbooks, program supplies, or college merch? Visit the Campus Stores at the Doon, Waterloo and Reuter campuses, or check out the Campus Store Website.

Campus resources

  • There’s lots to discover around campus! Check out spaces such as the library, connect with your Program Advisor, or explore online resources like the Campus Life and Services page.

You don’t have to have everything figured out on the first day. Take some time to settle in, explore your campus, and find what works best for you.

We hope these tips help you find your way as we kick off another Fall semester.

Welcome back, Condors, and best of luck!
